Our Story
Noble Realty Group Inc & Associates was founded by developer and multiple state licensed trade general contractor Haywood Craig on a simple idea: real estate should build something lasting — equity for families, opportunity for agents and strength for the neighborhoods we serve.
Today our team works across three North Carolina markets, guiding clients through buying, selling and investing while training the next generation of brokers. Every client gets the attention of a boutique firm with the resources of a growing statewide brand.

Haywood Craig
Noble Realty Group Inc & Associates LLC was founded by Haywood Craig, a developer and multiple state licensed trade general contractor. Years of building, renovating and developing property across state and North Carolina shaped the way this brokerage works: hands-on, detail-driven and grounded in what actually adds value to a home and a neighborhood.
